Our Founder

After a respected 20-year career in the construction consultant industry that culminated in his appointment to CEO, Dave created Fourth-Bridge as a way to reconnect with what he enjoyed most – assisting high growth companies, scaling businesses, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Dave’s reputation in the industry reflects his passion for excellence and his deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful professional services company. At Fourth-Bridge, Dave is dedicated to delivering results that not only meet but exceed expectations, creating lasting value for every client.

Over his esteemed career, Dave consulted with a large number of blue chip clients on a diverse range of projects and programs. These include higher education, healthcare, hospitality and luxury developments, to corporate, and science / technology sectors. Early in his career, he helped clients control costs, mitigate risks, and hit project deadlines.

Dave’s commitment extends beyond project success; he is passionately dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders in the construction industry.

With every client and decision, Dave remains focused on delivering exceptional value, building relationships, and driving innovation and success.

Dave holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Heriot-Watt University located in Scotland. Outside of work, Dave is an avid runner and hiker and he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
